Job Title: IT Sales Manager (Enterprise Technology & Software Solutions) Location: Chennai, Mumbai, or Udupi (Manipal), India Position Type: Full-Time Contract (Direct Placement / Project Deployment) Openings: 2 Positions Available Experience Required: 8 to 15 Years Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + High-Yield Annual Performance Incentive Payment Terms: 60 Days Net Replacement Terms: 90 Days --- About the Project & Opportunity Our UK-based international recruitment agency is managing a strategic commercial expansion project for a premier global Technology Services Provider across key tech hubs in India (Chennai, Mumbai, and the Udupi/Manipal region). We are actively mobilizing two (2) high caliber IT Sales Managers to spearhead enterprise account acquisition, cloud/software solution sales, and digital transformation services. This project requires an elite commercial technology professional who excels at translating complex software, infrastructure, or SaaS capabilities into clear, high value business outcomes for major corporate clients. What You Will Do - Define, execute, and own the localized IT sales and business development strategy to accelerate revenue growth across enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or managed services portfolios. - Target, engage, and close high value B2B enterprise accounts, managing complex technology sales cycles from initial technical discovery through to C-suite negotiation. - Deliver compelling technical presentations and sales pitches to Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), and IT Directors. - Partner closely with internal Solutions Architects and Technical Delivery teams to accurately scope client infrastructure requirements and draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and commercial proposals. - Conduct continuous market intelligence to track emerging software and infrastructure trends (Cloud, DevOps, AI, Cybersecurity) to position the agency's portfolio effectively. - Manage and maintain a highly accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast within enterprise CRMs to ensure transparent performance tracking. What We Are Looking For (Compliance & Requirements) - Industry Experience: 8 to 15 years of progressive experience specifically within IT Sales, Tech B2B Business Development, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), or IT Consulting sales. - Revenue Track Record: A verifiable history of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive multi-million rupee/dollar sales quotas, with a strong background in large scale IT service contract negotiations. - Technical Literacy: A robust fundamental understanding of modern enterprise technology landscapes, including Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Enterprise Applications, Data Analytics, or IT Outsourcing models. - Communication Mastery: Exceptional corporate presentation, negotiation, and cross cultural relationship-building capabilities, with absolute fluency in professional English. - Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business is required. An MBA in Marketing or International Business is highly desirable.
