The country's primary technology capital. We are actively seeking one (1) seasoned Project/Program Manager to take strategic and operational ownership of complex IT project lifecycles. This project requires a dynamic, delivery focused leader with a proven background in aligning multi-disciplinary engineering teams, managing senior client stakeholders, and steering large scale software or infrastructure initiatives from initiation to closure. What You Will Do - Drive end-to-end management of complex IT projects and cross functional programs, ensuring delivery remains strictly on schedule, within scope, and aligned with budget allocations. - Lead, mentor, and coordinate agile development squads, engineering teams, and product managers to maintain optimal velocity and cross team alignment. - Establish robust project governance using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks, effectively prioritizing product backlogs and managing sprints. - Act as the primary strategic interface for international business units, managing stakeholder expectations and reporting real time project metrics to executive leadership. - Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks before they impact project timelines. - Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and third-party vendor relationships to optimize execution efficiency across the program lifecycle. What We Are Looking For (Compliance & Requirements) - Professional Experience: 8 to 15 years of progressive experience managing software development, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects within an enterprise IT environment. - Methodological Mastery: Deep, practical expertise running Agile/Scrum environments, running ceremonies, and utilizing enterprise tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project. - Framework Certifications: Hold valid industry certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / PMI-ACP. - Leadership & Communication: Exceptional cross cultural communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with a history of steering globally distributed project groups. - Technical Literacy: A strong fundamental understanding of modern technology spaces (Cloud, DevOps, Data Architecture, or Custom Application Development) to effectively interface with technical leads.
