We are actively mobilizing four (4) highly skilled IT Technical Specialists to take ownership of advanced system architectures, platform stability, and complex technical troubleshooting. This project is tailored for an accomplished mid to senior level tech specialist who bridges the gap between deep, hands-on engineering and technical system design, ensuring high availability and seamless software or infrastructure operations. What You Will Do - Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for core enterprise technology stacks, providing advanced tier 3 technical support, system engineering, and architectural guidance. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate, high priority system performance bottlenecks, cross platform integration bugs, and infrastructure anomalies. - Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise software systems, cloud infrastructure components, or network environments. - Collaborate closely with software development squads, DevOps engineers, and database administrators to ensure maximum system reliability, scalability, and security compliance. - Author comprehensive technical documentation, architecture blueprints, disaster recovery runbooks, and root-cause analysis (RCA) reports. - Mentor junior engineers and provide strategic technical insights to delivery managers to help de-risk upcoming release and deployment cycles. What We Are Looking For (Compliance & Requirements) - Technical Experience: 6 to 8 years of dedicated, progressive experience operating as a Technical Specialist, Systems Engineer, or Senior Infrastructure/Support Engineer within an enterprise IT environment. - Domain Expertise: Strong proficiency in a specialized core domain, such as Enterprise Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Modern Linux/Windows Server Environments, DevOps tooling, or Enterprise Database Management. - Problem Solving Capabilities: Exceptional diagnostic skills with a proven track record of handling high pressure system outages and conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis. - Professional Certifications: Advanced relevant domain certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Red Hat Certified Engineer, or equivalent enterprise credentials) are highly valued. - Key Skills: Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical problems and solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.
