We are actively seeking one (1) experienced Project Lead - Electrical (Supervisor) to take technical ownership over facility projects, electrical infrastructures, and automated systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned electrical supervisor with deep experience navigating strict compliance, industrial safety codes, and high-performance engineering standards. What You Will Do - Supervise, guide, and execute end-to-end electrical project planning, system design, real-time monitoring, and complete project execution. - Provide expert technical leadership and oversight for the site's critical electrical infrastructure, control systems, and automated machinery networks. - Coordinate directly with external project contractors regarding the procurement, delivery, and active installation phases of capital project work. - Review and approve technical protocols, electrical schematics, and equipment qualifications to ensure operations meet internal, external, and regulatory safety guidelines. - Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including records of installed equipment, operational anomalies, and corrective/preventive actions. - Introduce and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to continually optimize the workspace from both a safety and quality standpoint. - Prepare and issue updated engineering and facility layouts whenever a modification or system overhaul is introduced within the plant infrastructure. What We Are Looking For (Compliance & Requirements) - Technical Experience: 5 to 15 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, electrical project management, or technical supervisory roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment. - Engineering Capabilities: Mastery of electrical schematics, industrial control systems, automated machinery networks, and vendor management. - Qualifications: A university degree, higher technical diploma, or equivalent certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline. - Key Skills: Strong project management capabilities, collaborative team leadership skills, and the ability to safely align engineering output with strict corporate quality metrics.
